In spite of the fact that we are a B&B, and want you to feel welcome and enjoy every aspect of your visit with us, we do have to be business-like in our dealings. We do not charge your room at the time of reservation. We hold the reservation with a valid credit card, and you pay upon arrival. In the case of group reservations, a deposit may be required.

- Rates are for double occupancy.
- $15 extra for each additional person.
Please note our cancellation policy --
- 7-day notice required, except 30-days during racing season (April/May/October).
- Cancellations with less than 7 days (30 days during racing season) will be charged the full amount but a gift certificate will be issued which can be used toward future reservations.
- $25 cancellation fee.
Other pertinent details --
- We have a strict non-smoking policy anywhere INSIDE the Inn ($300 cleaning charge).
- Rates are for double occupancy. $15 extra for each additional person.
- Pets require prior approval and there is a $15 pet cleaning fee. We only accept dogs, and only in certain rooms. We have also pet-free rooms.
- Our rooms are spotlessly cleaned, and it will not be obvious which rooms allow dogs occasionally. No pets are ever allowed in the upstairs main house rooms.
